Vision:
Bringing into existence a society where youth use their
potentials to bring up brotherhood and sisterhood. This is to help youth face
challenges in life as one family as we unite to shine light and hope to the
society.
Mission:
To empower children, youth and women in Kibera through a variety of community based leadership, social and economic services in the community.
To ensure this works, the organization has divided some of the responsibilities to achieve this in the following sectors.
1.ART FOR DEVELOPMENT.
Objectives:- To help create youth and community awareness on life challenges.
- To enhance positive living in the community despite the challenges.
- To help create ethnic cohesion through peace building activities.
- Conducting to help empower the community in terms of civic education.
2.COMMUNITY SERVICE.
Objectives:
- Reaching out to help the less fortunate.
- Create good relationship with local community members who are challenged.
- Creating clean and safe environment for all.
- Reaching and educating the challenged.
3.SPORTS FOR CHANGE.
Objectives:
- Develop youth skills.
- Talent identification and development.
- Physical health.
- Life skills.
- Team work.
- Social entrepreneurship development.
